What it is

Book it, run it, deliver it. Then make it easy to book you again.

Headshot Hound is the portal you hand a corporate client. Their coordinator opens it to see who's booked and who isn't, access photos and book subsequent shoots at their office or in your studio all in one place.

Less work for the person organising it, and more reasons for them to book you.

Capture workflow

Shooting thirty people is easy. Getting the photos to each of them isn't.

Every other way of doing this ends with a folder of numbered files and a list of names that don't touch each other.

You leave with every photo already under the right person. Same at three hundred as it is at thirty.

Sorted by person, searchable by name, and still there in eighteen months. Not a delivery link that goes cold two weeks after you send it.

A booking system underneath it

Their people pick their own times, inside the windows you set. Every confirmation carries a calendar invite, and rescheduling updates it.

Whoever hasn't booked gets nudged without you writing the email. Reminders can't double-send, and one big roster won't torch your sending domain.

The studio side

Works the way your studio works.

Set your pricing model

Setup fee plus images, per person, or a flat day rate. Volume bands if you use them, and an override for the one client who's on a different deal.

Set your availability

The windows you'll actually shoot. Nothing gets booked outside them, so you're not declining times you never offered.

Your studio or their office

Two different jobs that quote two different ways. Both are real booking paths, not a note somebody types into a form.

Tethered capture, or not

Assign photos on the spot in whatever you shoot and edit with, or do it after. Both work.

Your client's file naming, not ours

Photos come off the shoot named the way your client already expects them and can be changed any time. Nothing depends on the filename to know who is who.

However you handle selects

Send the whole take and let people flag what they want retouched, cap everyone at one or two finals, or sit them down and pick on the spot. Set per shoot, so the one client who does it differently doesn't set the rule for the rest.

Calendar invites with rescheduling

Every confirmation carries an invite. Reschedule or cancel and the invite updates, instead of leaving a ghost on somebody's Thursday.

Clients with more than one office
